Some Health facts per Dr. OZ

Fact 1: Per Dr. OZ for women who are feeling low in energy and sluggish, it is good to have 1 to 2 servings of lean Red meat a week for Iron. He advised that animal products are better absorbed by the body.

Fact 2: For those who have problems with hair loss, it is good to incorporate boiled eggs in your diet as boiled eggs have Biotin which is great for hair growth. Per the Dr. if you have more boiled eggs you'll start to see quicker, thicker, and stronger hair growth and eggs do not increase cholesterol.

Fact 3: For people who have problems with foot odor, you can soak your feet in baking soda for 15 minutes about twice a week. This will cure your problem with foot odor.

Fact 4: Those who suffer from cold sores can take Vitamin E *the actual vitamin in pill form*, this is great for curing cold sores.

  1. No beef for me. I'll stick to peanut butter, bananas, or protein shakes for a quick blast of energy.

    I've never had a cold sore, but that's interesting how something as simple as Vitamin E can cure them.
